Happy Friday, friends! Summer is just around the corner and it’s time to start thinking about our packing lists for our upcoming vacations! We are heading to Florida later this year and I’m already thinking about what I need to pack! Traveling is always tricky because I would rather take my entire closet, but the suitcase weight limit won’t allow that! Below, I have some lightweight options that won’t take up too much suitcase space, but will also leave you feeling put together on your trip! For reference, I’m 5’3, size 4/6, and will typically wear a small and medium depending on the item!
I want to be as comfortable as possible when traveling, especially when you are dealing with kids and airports! This oversized boyfriend tee, biker shorts, and sling bag combo is my favorite way to travel during the summer months! This tee fits very oversized, in the best kind of way! I’m wearing a small one for reference!
While in Florida, we plan on spending a day at Disney, so another comfy, mom-friendly, outfit is needed! This linen skort is the perfect kid-chasing option, especially paired with these neutral sneakers!
I want to take something that feels casual, yet a little elevated, and also mom friendly! This button down linen romper fits that description perfectly! I also have been loving this mesh tote, which I think was made for the beach, but I’ve been carrying it with me to play dates, grocery pick ups, and taking it just about every where lately!
We plan on meeting up with some friends who live around that area of Florida, so I wanted to pack some flowy-type dresses in case we end up doing lunch by the beach or an evening dinner while we are there. These next few dresses that I have I think will be perfect for those scenarios!
